In the last 4 years VeryHR accomplished a true partnership with [24]7 leaders, specifically in Europe as well as in the US. They have acted as a trusted and critical friend to the business during a period of intense growth as well as change in strategic direction. 
VeryHR helped Bright put the fundamentals in place. They implemented a standard company set up, which involved creating employment contracts and an employee handbook as well as introducing a travel and expenses policy. They also revised recruitment and the ‘Be Brighter’ performance review processes.
VeryHR brought in its European and HR expertise to the table in addition to supporting the business in an interim capacity. We reviewed the general HR set up for France, Germany and Australia providing compliance and best practice recommendations.
As interim HR Director, Julie took responsibility for supporting the successful integration of these two very different companies. From a logistical point of view this meant integrating 250 employees spread over 9 countries. From the outset, Julie made sure employee consultations took place so employees from both sides understood what the acquisition meant and how it would impact them.
