Julie Provino
Owner
Award winning Julie Provino is our driving force.
Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2019, Julie is passionate about people. She founded VeryHR in 2013 so she could use that passion to harness and unleash the human potential within companies.
Julie has an extensive knowledge of HR as well as broad expertise working in Europe and further afield. She also has first-hand experience running a business, so she understands how to leverage HR in the wider context of your business.
Julie has significant experience in personally coaching business leaders through key people decisions. She has enabled them to maximise the performances of their leadership and functional teams, working with them to enhance their internal company culture as well as running downsizing and rapid growth activities. On a personal level she has helped them develop the right mindset to deal with the challenging people issues they regularly face as well as achieve a work life balance.
Rebecca Gardiner
Internal Operations
Rebecca Gardiner our internal operations guru!
Rebecca joined VeryHR back in 2020 and is instrumental to its continued success, specifically through the recent pandemic and the increased project demands from the subsequent months (and beyond). She has a great sense of detail and team spirit. Rebecca and Julie have worked together more than several decades ago and are jointly managing the business. Rebecca brings in international compensation and benefits excellence, audit expertise and is a champion at HR projects, coordination and admin. Rebecca also has vast experience in wellbeing as well as compliance.
Rebecca runs our day-to-day operations.
María Cuéllar
EMEA HR Advisor and Recruiter
Maria has international experience in HR and Employment Relations, and she recently gained the level 3 CIPD certification in HR practice. Maria is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Neela Patel

Neela has been supporting VeryHR for over a year now on multiple large and small scale international projects – with over 20 years of expertise herself she solidifies our robust understanding of HR, training, development, performance, compliance and wellbeing to our portfolio.
